The Right Diet to Avoid Heart Disease

Generally people talk about heart diseases, they suggest that caused by a build up of cholesterol in the blood arteries. Actually this is only the part of caused the problem, that is omit the real villain which is calcium accumulation on the artery that can causes of heart attack

The arteries don’t have a problem until there are calcium starts to build up, and the calcium actually builds up inside the cells that causing the area to become rigid and not flexible to move.

Actually cholesterol it self is a buttery substance and has soft properties. If the problem source from the cholesterol build up, it would not get hard and the blood flow would wash away the stuff. But when cholesterol gets mixed up with calcium and build a combination then become hard. This is actually that used before the drug companies started fiddling with the facts, was hardening of the arteries.

The average people diet contain a very large percentage of its total calories from fat, in order to get a more healthy life, should eat less fat and more carbohydrates. But it is false claiming that large quantity of fat you are eating is bad for you because of cholesterol in it. And then double false to claim that cholesterol in your diet causes heart disease.

The different concept is faced by Eskimos for instance whose diet is extremely high in fat. It is not fat, but sugar, and processed food that causes the degenerative diseases in modern mankind.

Until their opinion is influenced by Coke and French Fries, the Eskimos ate a daily diet which include of large quantity of blubber, a very saturated fat, very high cholesterol contain. Excess weight is a coronary risk factor for men and women because leads to unfavorable changes in blood pressure, blood sugar, and blood fat that all are increased the risk of heart disease. So the right diet to avoid heart disease does not restrict eggs and butter, nor does it include sugar and margarine.
